Local Wine and Packaged Goodies

We absolutely love supporting local! So, at Unger's Farm Store we only sell local packaged foods and wine. You can find pepper jellies, kettle corn, peanut/almond butters, trail bars, bread/brownie mixes, and so much more!  This has to be my favorite project in the winter, finding all the delicious local goodies to sell at the store.  Of course we have to try them, and then maybe try some more. :)  And there's the trips to tasting rooms to check out the amazing local wines we have in this beautiful area.  It's almost too hard to choose which ones!

Lets get right into the good stuff! Wine!  Pictured below is David Hill Vineyard and Winery.  My personal favorite of theirs is the Reserve Merlot.

Next up is Dion Vineyard.  We sell their Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris.  And these guys are right down the road from us, they however do not yet have their own tasting room, but you can taste their wines out of 1910 in Forest Grove.

Below we have A Blooming Hill Vineyard.  Also just up the road from us... are you getting the theme here? My favorite wine from A Blooming Hill is the Mingle, an absolute refreshing mixed white wine.  I feel this one makes a perfect 'Oregon' gift.

Oak Knoll Winery was so incredibly sweet to let us sell their berry desert wines! I love these so much! Marionberry Wine and Raspberry Wine, another perfect 'Oregon' gift and dangerously delicious.

Sticky Fingers mixes.  The scones are delicious as I am sure all the others are! 

Cranberry Sweets makes perfect gifts!

McTavish cookies, we have Oregon shaped shortbread cookies dipped in chocolate, mini cookies, lavender cookies as well!

Skout Trailbars are so perfect in every way... they are made solely of whole foods and they still taste good!

Rosecity Pepperheads make so many great flavors of pepper jellies including Pomegranate with Pizzazz, Crazy Cranberry, Rockin Raspberry, and my favorite to cook with Ginger Garlic.   

Seasonings and More make these wonderful local seasoning packets! We have a lamb rub and a salmon rub as well as pasta and pesto mixes. 

Butte Creek Mill from Eagle Point, Oregon stone grinds all their mixes.  My favorite is the Cornbread mix! We serve our Strawberry Waffles using their Waffle mix and it is delicious. 

Little Oak Farm is just up the road from us and very good family friends! Their honey's are flavored and give the perfect touch to a cup of tea or a buttered biscuit.  My favorite.... CranHoney. Yum! They also make a Lavender Honey, another wonderful gift! 

Come out to the Farm Store to see all the delicious local foods we carry..... you will find many samples of the products too! We love sampling!
