Coconut Whipped Cream and Blues


I have a huge sweet tooth and I always crave ice cream... I mean, ALWAYS! It could be 10 below freezing out and I'd still want ice cream. So, to curb my cravings (and apparently my addiction), I eat a lot of this.  It's so fast, easy, delicious and you can make enough whipped cream to last you throughout the week!






Ingredients:
1 can Coconut Milk (left in fridge overnight)
2 Tbsp Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Fresh berries

Because I didn't take any pictures during the process of making my whipped cream...
